Basic life questions interested me even as a young boy. Due to various life circumstances, I developed a sensorium for people, situations and how different constellations affected me on an emotional level early in my life.
After graduating in economics, I quickly immersed myself in the entrepreneurial world and experienced the „dot-com bubble“ as a company co-founder at the forefront. The experiences of this time were fundamental for us young entrepreneurs. It was impressive to experience what can be achieved when different people work together on a vision and each person can contribute their strengths to the maximum. The personal processing of this extreme phase led me into training as a naturopath. From then on, I combined my entrepreneurial skills with my interest in naturopathic concepts and started other companies together with passionate entrepreneurial personalities, with the goal of developing solutions for central, global challenges in the areas of environment, health and education.
Since 2023, I am supporting individuals and businesses in strategy and leadership. As a passionate hunter and mountaineer, nature is my second home.

The existence and imprinting of human beings fascinated me early on. How we are born onto the „stage of life“ as neutral, unformed beings, shaped by our immediate environment to find our way and place in society, combined hopefully with a primal trust in our gut feeling – regardless of external influences. „When human beings can unfold according to their needs and curiosity, a power arises that moves mountains“. That nature is a valuable companion on this path of perception and reflection, my grandfather already showed me: „To challenges in life, nature always has an answer“, he said.
After a commercial education, I had the opportunity to lead people in the army as a young adult: Taking people and their abilities seriously, integrating them and becoming successful as a team, breaking through hierarchies and structures – all this led to fundamental experiences.
On my way in business the „know-why“ replaced more and more the „know-how“ and led me to a training in systemic experiential education.
As a partner in an SME, I still see it as one of my most important tasks to pay special attention to the „inner fire“ of each employee.
